A new DU tradition
designed by YOU

Beginning this year, DU students, faculty, staff, and alumni will have the opportunity to design the newest and boldest DU apparel: The Shirt. Join us as we create, choose, and collect the newest shirt-centric DU tradition, all while supporting the student experience through the DU Student Foundation (DUSF).

V

Design.

Join your crafty and creative DU peers from across the country and submit your own school-spirited design that embodies the University of Denver experience. It’s a blank slate, make it yours!

V

Compete.

Over the course of the fall, the DU community along with the University of Denver Student Foundation Trustees will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite design and choose the winning entry.

V

Collect.

These limited-edition, community-designed shirts will be available March 2021 for purchase through the DU Bookstore! All proceeds will go towards the University of Denver Student Foundation (DUSF) to help remove financial barriers for students.

V

Repeat.

Next year the process starts all over again, creating a common thread throughout the DU community and uniting us around our school spirit.

Z

Make it yours.

A Shirt With A Cause

All proceeds from The Shirt will go directly towards the University of Denver Student Foundation (DUSF), a student-led and student-focused organization that impacts the largest areas of student need. The proceeds will be used to encourage greater student participation in current DU traditions by removing financial barriers that may impede student involvement. Additionally, revenue will be used to fund student clubs and new programming, through small grants, which allows all students to have the full DU experience regardless of their financial situation. By removing financial barriers and promoting the student experience, “The Shirt” will become a common thread uniting not only students, but all members of our DU community.
